TRUE ESCROW CONTRACT COLLECTION SERVICES

Set Up Fee $100.00

Monthly Fee $6.25

 

  • Includes two monthly disbursements of Seller’s choice

  • $2.00 per disbursement thereafter

  • Monthly receipt to Seller and Buyer

  • Late payment reminder to Buyer

  • NSF charge $30.00

  • Advance notice of balloon payment due date

  • IRS l098 & l099 reporting

Title Management, Inc. offers only True Escrow contract collection service. Our customers often ask for an explanation of the benefits of True Escrow over other simple contract collection services they have used in the past.

 

Simply, original documents are delivered to the Escrow Agent for safekeeping.  Upon full payment of the obligation, release documents are immediately recorded and delivered to the purchaser or borrower, thereby avoiding the possibility of costly delays due to missing documents, missing persons, or due to the death or disability of a seller or lender.
